FAQ2026-06-18T05:26:01+00:00
1. What kind of leaders do you typically work with?2026-06-18T05:23:00+00:00

I primarily work with senior executives and leaders in high-performance environments who are navigating transition, transformation or increased complexity to settle into their new roles and gain traction fast.

Another major milestone in a career is to take over the first leadership role and being a leader instead of team member. I do support first time leaders in their transition, helping to define their leadership style and strategic clarity.

2. What differentiates your approach from traditional coaching?2026-06-18T05:23:32+00:00

My approach is based on first-hand executive and transformation experience. Rather than focusing purely on reflection and personal development, I combine strategic sparring, organisational perspective and psychological insights to support leaders in their agenda, from gaining strategic clarity, building high-performing teams and creating lasting impact.

3. What does “human-centric leadership” mean to you?2026-06-18T05:26:29+00:00

For me, sustainable business performance depends on people. Human-centric leadership means creating the conditions in which individuals, teams and organisations can perform at their best. I am convinced that employees who feel valued and motivated do the best for the clients – front to back.

4. Why do leadership transitions matter so much?2026-06-18T05:26:51+00:00

Leadership transitions are often underestimated, what worked in the past does not necessary work for the future. The first months in a new role significantly shape credibility, stakeholder trust and long-term leadership effectiveness, therefore a good start into a new role is crucial for the leader and the team.

5. What are the biggest challenges leaders face today?2026-06-18T05:27:11+00:00

Increasing complexity, constant transformation, competing stakeholder expectations and the pressure to deliver results. A changing workforce comes with different expectations, requires different approaches to create a North Star.

7. What is the Transition Excellence Framework?2026-06-19T13:31:40+00:00

I do support leaders through my „Transition Excellence Framework“, which is not a static framework, but an individually designed program for the leader to manage the transition.

8. What methodologies do you use in your work?2026-06-19T13:32:06+00:00

Besides my own profound leadership experience, my work integrates selected psychological frameworks and coaching methodologies, including humanistic, behavioural and systemic approaches, tailored to the individual context and leadership situation.

9. What do clients value most in working with you?2026-06-18T05:28:24+00:00

Clients value my authentic and pragmatic approach, the executive perspective, combined with psychological insights. Having experienced a 30 year career path myself to the top, I do bring first-hand experience and career advice beyond traditional coaching.

10. What does lasting impact mean to you?2026-06-19T13:32:32+00:00

In a fast paced environment transformation and change is immanent, goals and targets are adjusted permanently. Lasting impact means creating stronger teams through consistent leadership effectiveness, strong organisational alignment and meaningful change that creates impact beyond the immediate situation.
